Plans, task limits and billing
The three plans
Hobby, $20 a month, for one person experimenting with personal agents. Team, $80 a month, for a whole company running agents together. Scale, custom priced, for larger organisations wanting custom integrations or compliance work.

Teammates are unlimited on every plan. There is no per-seat charge at any tier.
What counts as a task
A task is one conversation with your agent, from the first prompt to its final reply. Follow-up messages in the same conversation are part of the same task. Starting a new conversation starts a new one.
An automation execution is separate: it counts one scheduled prompt firing, so a nightly report uses one execution a night.
Reaching a limit
We contact you before you hit a cap. Agents are never cut off in the middle of a task: once a task has started within your allowance it runs to completion, overage or not.
Trials and payment
Every plan has a 14-day free trial with no card required, and the trial gives you the full feature set of the paid tier. Annual billing takes 20% off Hobby and Team.
Billing is handled by hand for now, so email support@nairi.ai or use your shared Slack or Discord channel to upgrade, downgrade, cancel or ask for a refund. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the end of the billing period. Self-hosted agents are free and unlimited on every tier.
